So on to the next Cityfox....

Who's planning on attending?

No CF Friends discount link for this one :/
(they said the ticket price is cheaper than the CF friends price anyway)

Event details:

actually, they did do a friends ticket.
email went out 7/17.
Didn't use it then, but checked it was $5 less then normal tier 1.
Must have sold out, because the link no longer gives friends price....
mmarino137
Yea, I asked them on Facebook and said they took it down since the ticket as it is priced now is cheaper than the Friends ticket was anyhow.

Whoever is doing PR for CF seems to tell people off instead trying otherwise in all treads I followed their responses.

I actually like the fact that they lock their own thread at a ticket vendor's site

A - resale at the point of purchase takes away from new purchases
B - everyone has an opinion
C - their production value speaks for itself
D - THERE IS NOTHING IN NYC LIKE IT PERIOD
BPM_PHL
I see both sides of the argument.

I sort of respect City Fox for how they handle , although telling people off is not correct, ranting never really gets you too far but is sometimes necessary to get the mood of many people heard. I thought City Fox threw about as good of a party as possible last weekend, albeit it was Innervisions (Dixon and Ame) pretty much controlling the music concept for the entire day. I wasnt around for the Tale of Us party and heard it was way more less organized and had a lot more issues. I said it in another forum but that was one of the better parties I have been to in a long time including Amsterdam, Ibiza, Nyc, London from recent travels.

haha.
but they didn't!
I made that point, next event of course, lol.
read what I pointed out, and their reply -- it addresses mine briefly, the rest seems to be their venting at other's complaints.:l

and guarantee you there are no bots of mine hitting the +/-

it's like EYK above at b,c,d: nothing I brought up, hence no need to discuss it, you did that just like CF: an reply to an issue I didn't make.

your A: you are free to like what you wish, but why would you care enough about something that doesn't affect you either way, and has no bearing on you (meaning the effect of resales on New Tix sales), to like or dislike it?
I'd understand if you'd said you find that understandable for them to do it, but like it?
I make the point of dislike for something that affects my use of RA, at least thats a rational reason for bothering to dislike it, whereas your rationale isn't rational: because a loss of income you allude to has nothing to do with you (unless of course you're affiliated with CF.)

Actually, unless you believe CF is lying, your point A isn't on point anyway, according to CF's own words, the effects on sales isn't why they lock up, they state their reason, see there.

"ticket vendor" / ticket platform just isn't the right descriptionIMO, addressed in my last post at cf...

peace :)

I can't follow what you're trying to say....butI just don't understand why someone would complain about something so small as to closing the comments on ing RA. Cityfox is the last team to call out on anything really. Not to mention, there are plenty of other places to sell tickets.

Pretty much this. They probably just risked their asses by throwing an all night outside party and you have ing CarS bitching at the for closing the comments, lmao.
