There is that.
There is also the trying to pretend she's so hot and having sex with her part. I mean pregnant women are beautiful and all...but it is hard to get amped up for baby eye poking. If she starts lactating early...keeping a chub while having a thick poutine cheese like substance squirting out of engorged mammaries requires a steel will and a wank bank so deep...those things get squirty too.
Lose your chub? Oh man...the emotional havoc that will ensue is worse than I imagine getting off the train at Auschwitz must have felt like. |

I remember my wife trying to be sexy and surprising me (i was really surprised) in some lingerie and stockings (not maternity stuff either) about 7 months in. Her body was poking and bulging out of everything like the hot dog rolls on the back of King Kong bundy's head.

That's what I meant about being honest about pregnancy. I know I will feel gross and fat and weird and uncomfortable. I know the miracle of a life growing inside me will be magical and all, but I just don't know how women can say the physical part is anything other than alien and awful. I try to picture myself with a huge baby belly and feel totally awkward about it, lol. :/
I sure as hell will not feel sexy, that's for sure. I mean wtf, really? Ughh. I also hate when pregnant chicks wear tight clothes. Have some ing modesty ffs. I guess I'm old school.
Also, plenty of research shows it is no less safe for the baby to be delivered c section versus vaginally these days, so I will probably elect to have it c section. I do not want to do that to my vagina and pretend like it isn't different and I don't hate it after. Especially since I'm old. I doubt it'll have the same resiliency as if I had kids 10 years ago. |
