Paradise had a really good thing with their Mana set up for 2015 and let people bitching influence their decision in my opinion. Yes it was a little tight but the indoor/outdoor set up made it special. It had a terrace and warehouse feel. Also let people bitching about portapotties for 2015 be a big deal what do you expect at a party like that. This year their side room was a joke, the sound setup was awful and I would hardly even call it a room. The production in the main room was fantastic but Bob Moses did not belong in the middle of it no less following Stacey Pullen who was bringing it early on. That party was a complete waste of time.
A few of the parties were definitely a real good time, one highlight being Elrow, but I found a lot of places seriously lacking vibe this year. Anjunadeep for example was an absolute killer party last year and this year the crowd was just terrible (people falling over, and smashing into you). We've all talked about MMW/WMC really losing steam over the least few years and after this year i just dont think its worth visit anymore unless its a quick drive. Still love Miami as a whole, but dont see coming back for 2017 MMW. |

Really i didnt hear that, it was that bad? |
Yes, it was that bad. Because of there being no air-flow/AC in the building, the room was severely lacking oxygen making it hard for anyone to breathe, and everyone was drenched in sweat. I still had a great time, but out of 15 friends that I went with, only myself and my girl stayed past above & beyond. |

Get lost was fantastic. Amazing venue. Both indoor rooms had great sound, fans all over the place, and the smaller Room even had ac duct blowing in the dance floor. Main outside area was just sick, beach style houses with porches, chairs all over the venue for when u wanted to sit down for a bit. Just great production on every aspect
Some amazing sets at get lost...... My personal fav was lum, was playing some slow stuff that nobody plays. Behrouz played great, as well as blond:ish
The little Greek area was amazing, dance spirit opened it up with an amazing set with heavy heavy bass. Soul clap had everybody going.
Main stage was great as well only saw a few of the acts but all quality. Eduardo Castillo was my fav. Rain came for a bit, get lost crew was smart enough to bring tons of umbrellas. Everybody dancing to Benoit and serge under umbrellas was an amazing sight to see.
Don't remember much past about 5/6pm. Ended up leaving around 11. 5-30am to 11pm. I did it again. Hands down the best party I ever been to.
Missed ship of fools, didn't feel like getting up.
Ended up going to The hacienda party at el patio for a few hours (old tsl lounge). Great little party that made up for the canceling of last resort and it being moved to trade. Miss dchamps killed it.
We left and headed to the pickle About 630. Got there and they were still setting up. We ended up getting to bs with the soul clap boys, real cool humble guys. They hooked it up with some merchandise. Till Von sien played one of the best sets I heard, perfect for the patio at 9pm or so. Overdubs played an Amazing live set as well. Old school hip hop was bein played downstairs. Great party. |

We came down for Get Lost and WOW what a killer party. Got lucky as well and ended up with an AirBnB 5 minutes from the Venue in El Portal.
We got there at 5:30am and there was a line. Moved pretty quick and we were inside by 6 for the last hour of Sasha. Sasha was great and we continued to enjoy sets from Davi and Behrouz inside and moved outside for Soul Clap, Dance Spirit and Eduardo Castillo. Eduardo opened up the "Keys" area perfectly with that clean, tight middle eastern vibey stuff. He played def. one of our favorite sets.
Left for a nap, got some Caribbean food and made it back for Troxler, Red Axes, Visonquest, Kink, Glasgow etc etc etc. We usually see sets through but we were bouncing around everywhere. Left about 2am...
The main room was cool the whole time with huge fans and a raised walkway around the perimeter. The "studio" reminded me of an 80's wedding reception with bright lights but tons of smoke. The alley was nice but a little crammed and the main stage outside was huge with tons of space to sit down and chill on steps and seats.
I'm in my mid 30's and have been to events across the U.S. and Ibiza and this was def. up there with the best I've ever attended. The attention to ambiance, comfort, production and music programming was stunning.
I, like everybody else was a little anxious in wanting the set times but I like what they did. It really helped me focus on the big picture and take in the event as an engrossing experience as opposed to just stopping in to see some certain artists. I feel like I got schooled a little bit, but in a good way.
Anyway, an incredible experience that my wife and I will be talking about for a long time! Here's to next year! |

| Totally agree with you and the set times. For the most part after 2/3pm I stopped caring and just hopped back and forth every time I waned a change of pace. Most people I talked to said the same...."I stopped caring About set times after a while" |

Most of parties I went to were fantastic with the obvious highlight being Get Lost. I was there from 10:30am to 3am with my favorite sets coming from soul clap, behrouz, eduardo castillo, martin buttrich, bill patrick, Serge devant, cassy b2b dj sneak, fur coat, kink and guy gerber. As everyone else said they nailed every little detail, one upped themselves, and this was hands down best event I'v ever been to.
Do not Sit by the Ocean was also amazingly curated event. Fabulous music, sexy crowd and swanky little venue. Good vibes all around. All the DJs killed it but Behrouz and Yokoo b2b were the best. At the end of the party they opened the back stage VIP up and the crowd completely encircled the booth.
Pete Tong pool party had a solid vibe, huge crowd and great music especially from Joris and Kolsch.
Elrow was a proper warehouse jam. System was a little rattlely but lights, confetti and giant stage production made up for it. Pan-Pot and Joris threw down some serious tunage. Place was rammed from midnight on.
Hacienda at the Electric pickle also great. Cassy absolutely slapped it. Lots of DJs walking around and Lee Burrifge even played for a little while in the basement.
Ship of Fools was fun but it rained and they were completely unprepared for it which shut down the roof deck and stifled the vibe. Mandy and Holmer from Thuger played a great set.
Space closing is the only party that came damn close to matching the vibe at Get Lost. That room has an energy that is untouchable. Showed up at 10am Monday and watched the end of Dice then Stacey Pullen came on and straight murked it. Next up were Martinez brothers and Cocodrills b2b and they far exceeded any expectations I would of had from them. I ended up leaving at 4pm. From what I gather this party went from 10pm Sunday to about 2am on Tuesday and was completely busy the whole time, and it least from the time I was there for, people were boogieing and killing the dance floor. Impressive to say the least.
If WMC is dying I guess I was not at those events that showed it. |

what was the set up? Parking lot and than did they use the big indoor stage area as well?
Mana is a sucky venue imo, it has special to offer and is soulless
From what I heard the past few years, these guys are not investing enough in production. Prob more concerned about how the fat pockets get instead of making a party to be talked about for ages. |
Ummm Paradise never really invests in Productions. in any of their parties around the word. They bring their paradise LED signs in and that's really about it.
Also they ran into some issues, I can't speak about much but it was supposed to open air. |

I tell everyone that Mana is a horrible venue after that disaster with A&B last year. always oversold, and no A/C. |
AC was blowing lovely in the main room.
Skream b2b PAtrick Topping dismantled that place |
