Tikki was sold like 4 years ago and hasn't been used again since that Danny and Cassy party. Thing is falling apart from what I heard. Not even sure it's docked in Miami any more. |
First, thanks so much for the prompt and detailed reply. Second, congratulations on what looks like a monster lineup for the Mammoth party on the SBL. I very well might get in on that, as I am a massive WOW fan.
Sad, but not surprised, to hear about the Tikki–I suspected I was hoping against hope on that one.
Keeping my fingers crossed about Ship of Fools.

| So dropped the ball with booking a place and this year the rates are skyhigh. Higher thann ever before. If anyone has some extra space in a condo or suite or similar, I'm more than willing to throw down. Just can't bring myself to shell out over 300+ bones on an average hotel like a Holiday Inn. The members in here who've hung with me can vouch I am easy to room with. My normal MMW buddies aren't going to be able to make it. |

Why am I not surprised, every year for Winter Music Conference, they jack up the prices on everything, hotels, parking, ticket fees, toliet paper, goddam shame.....sticking to a small venue parties within the miami area and avoiding south beach will save you some $$$ |

| A couple years ago after booking a room for sat sun night, I realized I wanted to come down Thursday instead. Ended up staying at a Laquita right off 95 in broward for 130 bucks. 30 minute drive to downtown Miami. If u end up being stuck without a spot, think about that. There are a bunch of hotels right off 95 that are decent and affordable. |

If I make it I'd go see Eric Prydz, Above & Beyond and definitely the terrace at Space, maybe Saturday for Morillo.
I consider myself fortunate and super lucky to always have WMC/MMW every March to have an intense party weekend !!!! |
