I'm using beef, pork tenderloin and Polish sausage.

It's delicious when it's done right; everyone uses a different set of secondary ingredients that distinguishes one person's bigos from another.

I hope mine comes out somewhat edible. No test runs here.

This is making me salivate, beef sounds good. The pork one was delicious when I had it. I really didn't think that sour, tangy, er, sauerkraut could taste so good.

Feeling pretty good. Finished my DPT program this week. Partying my ass off until I have to leave for a 6 month rotation in Hawaii on the 27th.

Happy birthday Zoso :)

Not much of a weekend for me. Still have some work to get through from this week, and I have to go and battle the Christmas shoppers to get some of my own done, though I know what I want to pick up, so it shouldn't be too much of a mission. And I'll be shopping alone, which will be considerably quicker than if I bring the other half with me, lol.

Oh man was I smart to leave the house before noon. Was done my shopping and errands by 1230 and it was really starting to get nuts out there.

Super productive day though, shopping and wrapping all done, got a load of laundry done, peeled 37lbs of potatoes for roasting tomorrow, and even had time to give myself (another) manicure.

Soon as the hubby gets home gonna open some wine and get this weekend started. :gsmile:
