I seriously doubt it.
You have been turned into a snivelling wreck of a man by your ex-girlfriend. There is nothing more "beta male" than that. And nobody is going to pay for an app to listen to music by a no-name DJ. Even the pros don't try that. And writing desperate emails to clubs and promoters won't work either, because your "brand" has nothing to differentiate it from any other promoter. You will only get a club to listen if you demonstrate that you can fill their venue. And coding some ty app won't persuade anyone of that.
