i like the fade alien the best.
Another bug is the bile bomb not doing proper damage to buildings, so if your wondering why your bile bomb isnt killing things thats why. |

| Aye, Im a lerk man myself. Especially with adrenaline/cloak/regeneration. Ive got a nasty tendency to drop 4-5 marines and their field of turrets single handedly with spike harassment from vents/high places they cant reach. Throw in umbra and I turn into a real bitch :D |

yeah i'm a lerk/gorge/fade kinda guy. my fav is gorge tho. it's hilarious when you drop marines after shooting em with your web and using bacterial spray. or during an assault, i like to web up the infantry portals. it's done.
lerk is great too. umbra + bite + carapace/regen = ownage. no matter how many marines that try to get you, they will die to your bite.
fades are self explanatory :p pure power. guerrila tactics w/ fades will do the trick. attack, teleport away, attack, teleport away. |

| Actually I find the fade a bit helpless on his own, 2 or 3 marines with decent aim and LMG's and he will need a D chamber FAST. With another fade or a lerk, you have an unstoppable duo. |

they toned down the fade in the 1.03. and rightly so.
if you're facing a player who has perfected teleport + acid rocket...good luck. |

yep, played a bit of this at a school lan recently
one of my schoolmates did some of the modelling/texturing :)
bit hard for the aliens i think, unless they get numbers to even it...but good fun anyways :D

| aliens can go solo most of the time if you're good at it and play your cards right. marines always have to be in pairs at least. but i try not to play on servers with n00bs. omg...man do i have so funny stories. |

heres my opinion, and almost always the team I join wins
marines at start are overpowered right now, skulks die in a few hits and one marine can take out 4 skulks with lmg/pistol 1 clip
first thing to do is to rush their hive and build a transporter near it and just win the game instantly |

Thats only if the marines have a really good commander, and the marines have like 100% aim..there's no way 1 marine can take out 4 skulks...I've been in games where the aliens rushed the marine base and took it out..game over in 30 seconds.
The only thing that I find cheap is the Grenade launcher...damn spammers! :whip: |
