I did the usual yard work/house chore combo. Saturday was pretty good weather for mid August in the good ole Southeastern US, but Sunday was brutal. I almost made a Friday thread, but in honor of J Pie destroying her birth canal, I abstained. :o:D

My birth canal is intact. No tearing, so episiotomy. It looks and feels great, lol. I had a really positive and empowering labour experience. Only one dose of Morphine when I first got there and some gas at the end/when I was pushing. Active labour only 4 hours. 16 hours of labour total. All the nurses were impressed. :o
