All day at work I was trying to decide if I should go see PvD tonight and then I put all the factors together...Pvd,Arc,Phazon System,4hr set & $10!!! and went for it.
Paul played a wicked set, many people I talked to agreed that it was better than Roxy. When he dropped Nothing But You right before midnight, I was blown out of the waters:eyes:
It was a blast to see you TA's turn out again. Met many new faces tonight and it shows me how much I missed on these forums. DJ Tek, I finally f'in met you dude! |

yes, much better than roxy!!! still played some electro/techno but it was all good.....and 3 encores!!!!!!
He was saving all the good tracks for tonight!!!!!
no more rain, Y.O.U, Take your air(orginal and Nu-Nrg 2002rmx), mistral, carerra 2(nu nrg rmx)
i loved it!!
will post a bigger review later...sleep now

Damn... I hope Paul gets a residency at Roxy, but I hope he'll occassionally have Arc nights. Definitely more intimate and such a great vibe there. |

yay cause i'm so glad paul whipped all of your butts!!:D (like i knew he would)
nay cause i couldn't be there. i was all ready to go, and then i had to drive my sister back to rochester last night because my mom wouldn't. wtf??? i was sooooooo pissed, and kept calling matt to see if it was worthwhile to drive 9 hours, have no sleep, and only be there for 2.5 hours (wouldn't have gotten to nyc until 11:30-12). couldn't justify it...
and grrr...saving all his good tracks for monday at arc. jeesh, glad for you guys though, now you all know why i'm nutty:crazy: and will go to any length to see PAUL VAN DYK and why i'm going to see him rather than marco v on the 28th.

caryn...melissa told me you was coming down and i was ready to buy a trophy for the most hardcore award...5hrs each way and then straight to work...i salute you. but i ran into matt who didnt wash his vandit shirt from roxy (STANKY MOFO LOLS) and said you had to drive yer sis...lols u one crazy chick... |

your limiting yourself, you havent seen what marco v can do to a crowd....i still say dont go to glow to see paul insated do marco v at ARC

i have to agree with Matt - even after last night. Glow can be nothing but a disappointment. If it was Buzz it would be different but there is no more buzz... :( |
