Fun weekend ahead for me, starting with a gathering for drinks for a friend's birthday tonight. Promising to pace myself.
Checking out Printworks tomorrow - look forward to scoping the venue more than anything.
Charlotte de Witte is kicking things off, and I'd like to hear her play, so I'll be there when the doors open at noon (how weird lol).
What I'm most excited about is hearing Garnier spin for a four-hour set across town afterward. I've been wanting to hear him for ages.
Going to be a marathon of a weekend. Hoping for good music from start to finish. |

I'm now watching a webinar for CPE (continuing professional education) credits for my CISSP certification. At least the guy speaking is easy to listen to. |

Was supposed to go to a family wedding but the baby is still too young for my comfort level and she's starting to sort out her sleep rhythm, so I'm not ing with that. The weather is also and the wedding is on a farm or something. No thanks.
So it'll be just me and the sweet babe til tomorrow afternoon. :) |

About damned time you showed up. Of course, I knew you were awake but probably engaged in some sort of barbaric breast/baby ritual. :o:D
My brother and his wife wed on my maternal grandparents' family farm (the ceremony was in the yard, not out in the middle of a pasture). It was interesting to see some of the more "metropolitan" folks from the bride's side come rollin' in to BFE family farm. Never before have I witnessed that many (relatively) expensive cars in their driveway. :o |

Hahahaha yeah. The couple was sure to leave a note for the ladies on their wedding site, urging them to wear sensible footwear for the venue. Haaaa.
