Babe stayed over at the inlaws' last night, and every time I wake up to her not being home it's such a weird feeling. On one hand it's nice to start the day at our own pace, but on the other it feels...pointless? Purposeless? Can't think of the right word... without her. Like the time to ourselves is great but I always want to be with her, heh. My sweet angel!

We had a shock this last weekend. After our christening one of our good friends, mom of 11 month old twins had a ruptured aneurysm and passed away. totally gutted all week so far. But we've been squeezing our kids tighter.

Holy ! That is so tragic.. heart wrenching! Really sorry Boomer. My heartfelt condolences to you all. I can't imagine losing a friend like that. :(
