its obvious you didn't like him as a person or his music but you seem to be taking his death in enjoyment, thats ed up homie |
There is no enjoyment in death, especially when someone dies so young.
What really irks me are all the people suddenly claiming to be his biggest fan. |

Same. Most of my fb feed were plastered with Avicii posts. I was blown away by how much people liked his music, while I always thought his stuff was sub-par. |

| When it comes down to the type of 'EDM' that has been played in mainstream top40 clubs in the past decade, I'd take 'Levels' and 'Wake Me Up' over 95% of the stuff. Not sure I ever heard anything of his other than that. |

I agree with Lews. Given how bland most EDM tracks usually are, "Wake Me Up" and "Hey Brother" actually brought something new to the table.
But, yeah, I was surprised because a couple of decades ago I don't think there'd be such a commotion if another big name in electronic music, such as The Prodigy or Underworld, suddenly died. |

That would be very interesting.....if entire bands died at the same time :tongue3 |

Plane crashes, for example. It's not really unheard of, and touring around the world sort of raises the odds. |

Didn't several members of Lynyrd Skynyrd die in a plane crash? Also, Buddy Holly and His tour mates died in a crash.
And I think the entire Manchester United Football team died in a crash in the late 50's. They now try to avoid teams all flying together on the same plane if it can be helped. |

That's a mangling of history. Less than half the players died. Bobby Charlton survived and went on to win the European Cup and World Cup. And it's complete bollocks that football teams don't travel on one plane.
Only a couple of years ago, almost the entire squad of Brazilian side Chapecoense was killed when LaMia Flight 2933 crashed in South America. |

r.i.p though his manager ash turned his ig comments off
