it's a good idea, but then we'd know that that track is yours, and we screw up the voting. so for now, send all tracks to eieregooie. he can number the tracks and send them to some people who can help host.
so you could be hosting a track, but not neccesarily your own. |

it's not out of tune... those are the chords for armin van buuren's basic instinct remix...
basically... the vocal finishes the last note on a Gb (Gb major) which is about 1 bar before the chord goes from Gb to G (Eb7 major) so it is in fact correct musically...
The only problem is if you put some echoes in the vocals or if the last note of the vocals ends up on the same bar as the G... then the Gb carries over to the next bar to the chord with G, it will create some very harsh dissonance...
sorry if I explained it wierd... but that's music harmony for ya... |

guess i have to upload it to eieregooie then..:) but i wont be able to host anything after dec. 1st because i am in australia until the end of june. and im not taking my pc with me:D
i will check the results tho (not that only have a chance of winning..but who cares, its fun:)) |

Nice to see that this rmx comp has been set up very well. Rules are clear so it seems that there won't appear problems. Just happy about that. Maybe I'll join next time, would be cool!:)

De voorwaarden voor deelname aan de Ernesto vs Bastian remix contest
Inzendingen zullen alleen voor deze remix-actie gebruikt worden.
De remix zal alleen geplaatst worden op de promo-release op vinyl, de finished release op vinyl, een eventuele single-cd (wat niet waarschijnlijk is), en een eventueel later uit te brengen compilatie-cd.
Voor elke andere release zal toestemming gevraagd worden aan de deelnemer. Als de remix voor andere doeleinden gebruikt gaat worden, zal door FTM Records altijd toestemming gevraagd worden van de deelnemer.
Zoals gebruikelijk is bij remixes, zal de winnaar geen aanspraak kunnen maken op royalties.
Bij onvoldoende kwaliteit van de ingezonden remixen, kan het in het uiterste geval zo zijn dat de winnaar van de actie niet uitgebracht zal worden.
Over de uitslag kan geen correspondentie worden gevoerd en er kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend.
De organisatie is niet verantwoordelijk voor eventuele onbeschikbaarheid van de samples wegens storingen van welke aard dan ook op internet of bij providers in het algemeen.
Deelname is alleen mogelijk na acceptatie van de voorwaarden zoals hier gepubliceerd.
