Anyway, might catch once upon a time in Hollywood or go out for drinks and celebrate. I also find what happen to Jeffrey Epstein intriguing since he got killed by the clintons before facing trial in other words he got arkansided. Interesting fact, that he was part of the CIA Kremlin society.
So IGK, what are your thoughts on this guy? |

Long time, no post. Wife and I moved from our home of 16 years to the house on my late paternal grandparents' farm. My dad has spent the last 2 years remodeling it from the studs up, and though it was built in the mid 70s, it looks, and practically is, brand new inside.
Younger step-daughter finally turned 18 and, unfortunately, chooses to continue to act as though she is 15. I just hope she survives/stays out of jail long enough to mature. She is going to have a hard time, but she is choosing to have a hard time.
Work is busy/steady, but not overwhelming at the moment, thankfully. Now that we are at the farm, the cabin is only 5 minutes away, so I am ready for some cooler autumn weather...but that is at least 2 months away.
Stu, you are the bird man...we have a HUGE owl that lives close by. He comes out every night around 6:30 - 7:00 PM, like clock work. I am not sure what kind of owl, specifically, but he's so fat that when he runs along the ground, he looks like a waddling penguin.
I'd like to see Once Upon A Time...as well. Huge Tarantino fan, so I am looking forward to some new material. I'm almost due for another go at The Hateful Eight, as we've been quoting it at work.

| Going to my wifes friends house for brunch on Sunday. Some mutual friends are visiting from out of town. The asked everyone to wear pajamas. I don't wear pajamas so I'll shall arrive in my boxers. |

Hey yo Zoso! Happy to read all is well in your world, the Friday thread is definitely missing your contribution.
I'm working today and tomorrow, but I picked up my new whip yesterday which makes the drive, albeit a short one, back and forth quite enjoyable!
Family hangs on Sunday, maybe hit the beach or zoo. :) |

Congrats, how much lawn mowing now? Enough to buy an IH, or is it already available? :)
My daughter turned 13 this week so tomorrow we will celebrate with family. Next week school starts again so we're going back to normal. |

Well, it's still about 2 acres, total, like the other house, but unlike the other house I have 2 things working against me at "the farm": the yard is cut up into about 8 or 10 "pieces"; and, in many of those "pieces," there are several large silver maple trees (some people also call them water maples) that have these huge, long, and very shallow roots. So you have to slow down, raise the deck to its maximum height, creep over the root, then lower the deck again. |

I've got one of those in my backyard.
The roots are very shallow, draw all the water out of the lawn and make it feel like I'm mowing on the moon.
