Hey,
I placed an order with them last Wednesday afternoon (late Wednesday evening to them) and was just wondering if (at all) I can expect to get my records. I chose the second most expensive shipping method which says I should get them in 6-8 business days but the recipt like thingy I got when the order was completed was that it would arrive in 4-6 business days.
Just wanted to know your guys' experiences with them and if I should be panicing/ready to cancel my order or anything.
Regards,
Dave |

I place an order with them using the cheapest shipping method. I got my records but it did take a long time. I don't think it took a month, but i would say atleast 2 weeks. If you chose the method that is 6-8 business days, you should receive your order about 10 days at the latest after you order.
I've done business with them before, and I have had no complaints. I did have to wait awhile for my order, but that was understandable seeing as my order was coming from the netherlands and i chose standered shipping.
I wouldn't worry. |

Same here, I have no complaints. I ordered Ligaya, took about a week to get here which was about 5 days faster than I thought, on the cheapest shipping method, which by the way is still expensive as . Still, it is from the Netherlands.
I just ordered from Chemical Records, hoping to get my records soon... |

Ok i live in vancouver Canada and I order from only-djs all the time
I have made over 10 orders to www.only-djs.com in the last few months. if i make a large order i take the fastest delivery method and the records come in about 2-3 days or so. If i order somthing like 2 records i take the normal method, that takes about 2 weeks or so. |

| I did the cheapest one to Milwaukee, WI, USA and it took just about a month . . . some of that time was the USPS' fault though |

While we're on it, I ordered a bunch of records from Tune Inn in the UK and it's been a good month so far... no sign of 'em (shipped standard post).
Seems like an awful long time to ship to Canada... |

| I love only-djs. I always use the middle shipping method (think it is 8-10 days) and I usually get my records in about 6-8 days. |

My most recent order from Only-DJ's took about 12 days, and I chose the World Priority shipping option (6-8 days). I'm on the east coast, btw.
Beware of the World Standard (10-14 days) shipping method. US Postal Service lost my order this summer from Only-DJ's. I'm pretty sure it was USPS screw up, because they lost 2 orders from other online stores as well. Juno.co.uk and Hooj.com both hooked me up with replacement shipments, but Only-DJ's did not. By the time I gave up on Only-DJ's (they kept saying it would come, even after 1 month later!), the records I wanted were no longer in stock. :(
Props to Juno and Hooj for their excellent service!
I now only use Only-DJ's when I have to (exclusive promo's, etc.)... |

It took me exactly 63 days to get my ing pathetic 3 records....which has so far been outplayed....
One ed up thing about onlydjs.com is that they have a god-forsaken credit system...which means that their ing database is not updated.
So When I ended up ordering 20 records, they'll email me saying that this and that, chee and chong...so the sweet thing is that " I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS CREDIT THING, YOU have just been X'ed!" So why don't you save your money and order more records from us the next time....mother******s...
I asked for a refund of my credit back, as I do not want to order any from them anymore, although the sale prices are good, their ing service ranks at the bottom of my list. Even Gemm.com does a better job than these twats...
Sorry about the rant, but I am beginning to feel than www.only-djs.com is just like another HTFR. No update of system records, missing items, long shipping.....OMFG! I think I'll start burning CDS from now...
the bloody shipping that I've accumulated so far, I could have bought a CDJ and save some dough...
As for only-djs.com, I guess it's in their domain name...ONLY-DJS. Nothing else...I would stray away from ordering from them. But their site is good for browsing, so you might wanna check out full tunes there, and make your purchases from either www.groovetech.com or www.juno.co.uk.
Sorry for the rant, but they've disappointed me time and again. Even the bloody General Manager emailed me to apologize...so be it...let it go....and another 35 days have passed with no signs of records....
I guess we are all magnets to making the same mistake....a rebirth of HTFR Woes...?
Note: Juno will replace your records for free if they have been damaged and usually take a few days to come. Only-DJs will ask you to send it back, for UN inspections, before flying their out of date F-16s to accomodate our DJing needs...
Pardon my language but these mother******s are taking more jobs than they can handle, within a year, from a small-scale record company to a Wholesaler....man, that's not the way to keep customers....not even the appropiate time to invest such amounts into inventory space... If only these people would upgrade to shipping services like www.dancegrooves.com
5 days max to East Coast with priority shipping.
