k so suppose this is true....
how are you supposed to get to the club on NYE? i mean, it is in the middle of times square. doesn't that place get packed with thousands of ppl early in the day? is there going to be a path to get to the club or something? i can't figure out the logistics of this. :conf: |

Back door, front door, it doesn't matter. All of that street and streets around it will be jam packed with crowds of people waiting for the ball to drop. Isn't the enterance to World right opposite the ball?
I hate World but I love Tiesto. I don't know what to do. Where does it say he's really there? |

i suggest anyone who is going...to go extra extra early...like get in the neighborhood around 7pm....no joke...if u have ever been to Times Square on NYE you know what i mean.,..it'sa mad house...not too mention now with all the security cus of 9.11....
so get to Times Square and chill at Virgin Records and get dinner...cus if you plan on going around 10 you will be pissed.
UNLESSSSSSS....Tiesto comes on ***AFTER*** midnight...cus after midnight Times Square dies pretty fast..... |

Looks like I'm gonna try to cram myself into that hole of a club to see him. Even though Tiesto at World last year was one of my worst nights out ever. My main reason for going is because I love Tiesto. NYE is like the biggest and most expensive party night of the year. Most sets done on NYE are recorded and become legendary. I'm happy Tiesto choose NY for his NYE set. Famous Djs usually don't come to NY on NYE. Overseas clubs like Gatecrasher usually have the big names. Were usually stuck with an expensive show with only a resident spinning.
I'll be there but I have a feeling its going to be very uncomfortable inside. I wonder how much they are gonna charge for this. I think Exit was like $150 last year just to see Draper. |

that is painful to think about - i think vinyl was $50 last year. :) i have no idea what to do on NYE. i am still hoping i somehow find a phish ticket. |

i suggest you stay home and watch the ball drop
unless you want to go see tiesto and have arturo drop on you and send you to the hospital :stongue: ..pay 150$ plus medical expenses!!:haha: we looking at a lot of money there...broken back, fractured ribs, boken legs/ankles, broken hands/wrist and dont forget the neck....its might turn out to be a very expensive night |
