Hi Everyone!,
Well after reading many of the man/woman ratio I thought I'd post something about that, but then I got to El Kay Dee's and TranceArmada's thread about the drive by shootin' and before you guys come by my place.....I thought I'd say that I had an amazing time that night!!! It was awzome. The only thing I'm sorry for is that E*Master and I couldn't arrive there earlier (work/family stuff). But we did get there just as TranceArmada was ending his set, which sounded incredibly pumped up and got me wanting to dance as soon as I got in, you could hear it from outside which made us actually run into the place...it was that good, no joke, you can ask the bouncer.
After, Eso and Kid Lax started to raise the roof with their great performance, you guys were amazing!! Great Talent.
I would've totally loved to have been there for Mecha's and Armada's whole energizing set but hey--it's not the Last time! so next time Definitely--count me in!!!
Overall it was a great event, and the best thing is that it was a TA party!!! Whoever missed this because of whatever reasons missed out on a great amazing time with great DJs and a great vibe that pumped the whole place. I know it wasn't as full as some of you might've wanted it to be, but (speaking for myself) I wouldn't care if I'm the only one dancing in the middle of the dancefloor as long as I feel the music coz that is what makes me happy (Not more than being with my baby of course!).
I'll comment on the man/woman ratio thing later on another thread for it....because as of now you won't be seeing much of me. Just had to post this before they came and gunned me down, thinking I said I'd go but didn't....so Have a great time Guys!!!
Can't wait for the next time this is done! We've got some great talent in this place--keep it up!!

yes yes..i know u were there so ur safe from the tomatoes ive been keeping out in room temperature for the past 2 months:D
however a notice to u and all the other TAs, kepe the 22nd of December free as theres gonna be another TA party |

exams are going to be done before the 22nd, and besides...who has an exam on a sunday? :p
and i doubt anyone would have an exam on the 23rd, 2 days before christmas?
no excuses! ;)

here's an article on what happened the other nite after Turbulence nearby in case some of you are still wondering ..
it's unfortunate that many people in this city have to deal with their issues in this way .. let's not forget that people have been killed at Trance events too , so it's not just about the music, rather the attitude..

SHOOTING
ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 24TH, 2002 AT 2:30 A.M APPROXIMATELY, 30 GUNSHOTS WERE FIRED OUTSIDE THE FLAVA CITY NIGHTCLUB LOCATED AT 247 SPADINA AVENUE IN TORONTO.
NO INJURIES HAVE BEEN REPORTED AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER SEVERAL BULLETS STRUCK A PARKED VEHICLE NEARLY HITTING THE DRIVER. SEVERAL STOREFRONT WINDOWS WERE ALSO SHOT OUT IN THE AREA.
SUSPECT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED TO POLICE AS:
MALE, BLACK APPROXIMATELY, 19-35 YEARS OLD.
WEARING DARK CLOTHING AND A LIGHT POWDER BLUE BASEBALL CAP.
SUSPECT WAS SEEN CARRYING A BLACK HANDGUN.
