Interesting looking back on some of the older (and not-so-old) posts here... seems like downloading was once much more acccepted than it is now. Why/when/what changed?

Anyway, I actually do have something to contribute here:

Aural Imbalance
track Aural Navigation Part 2 was on GU024 (Nick Warren, Reykjavek).

They also have two albums: Intuition and Different Perspective.
Intuition is mixed, w/ lots of their own tracks plus some by other stellar but little-known chillout artists such as:

Monothy & Jahk Bass
Morphteck & Darren Apps
Deep Space Organisms
Taevalaotus.

Also there's Woob. 1194 was a classic album, considered by some one of the best ever made.

Can't be true...no MYSTIC FORCE mentioned?

Starbust <--
Clearlight
Mystic Force [Original/Psychic Harmony Remix], this track has unbelievably beautiful melody
Planet

His 2xCD "Frontier" might be worth checking out.
I have the vinyl version, it misses some tracks from the CD, but fortunately has all "Symphonik" tracks.

My favourites:

Pacific Sunrise
Operating Through Time
Second Wave
And the whole "Symphonik" CD.
Scanate
Sneaker Pimps - 6 Underground
Mental Generation - Cafe Del Mar (Underworld Mix)
Fc Kahuna - Hayling
Omni Trio - Winter Chill Out
Aitizaz
Ashtrax - Future Traffic Song
Ashtrax - Play It Rosa
Gladius
im discovering 'cafe del mar' cd's lately.
I have vol.9 and 11, and they are both great

As if anyone else apart from me and you are going to mention Russels music... :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again

SHULMAN - INSTABILITY

Great list you guys have made here! However, I would still like to see a list solely dedicated to very relaxing and soft ambient trance with miniscule to no drums like these:

Solar Stone - Seven Cities (Ambient Mix)
Chicane - Saltwater (The Thrillseekers Remix)
Blank & Jones - Beyond Time (Ambient Mix)
Accadia - Into The Dawn

I'm aware and happy that these were included in the list, but I would like to see more similar to these (maybe someone who knows all of the songs can point them out in the list). This style is extremely nice for going to sleep, and anything harder than this usually doesn't give me a good night's rest.

Also, I noticed the James Holden remix of "Fine Day" on the list, and I would have to say this is a very poor choice for the song in either chillout or ambient purposes. Try The Pirates Reggae Mix if you want a calm and relaxing version of the song, it's superb, and it really shows off Kirsty's amazing voice ;).
