A few people have mentioned them but what are they. R they related to rudeys in any way?
Or are they as bad as the baggy trouser' slipknott t shirt wearing'100 body pirceings' long haired ( usally blue pink or green ) skateboard riding pricks. |

I though a Charver was just North Eastern version of a scally? trackies, Kappa slapper bird either really skinny and looks like a crack whore, or some big fat ing whale, who's 16 and already has 5 kids, also they complete with soverign rings from one of them machines with a parrott in.
see their just scallies I've never seen a North Eastern version of scally but these Charvers sound like them.
And Scallys can't be hybrid Gypsies cos Gypsies are tough, scallies think their tough cos they hang about in gangs of about 20. |

Yer, they do have a tendancy to make half decent brands loathed by the masses. I.e. Thomas Burberry Clothing - Have Royal Appointment status and make clothes for the royal family. Any decent jacket from them will cost you upwards of £300, yet, I couldnt wear it.
