best way is to skipp the "toy" programs like fruity and reason
get cubase sx and get 10 different vst instruments and start making music on the same program as the artist |

1. Form your lips to make a small hole.
2. Blow out.
It may take some practice. |

Don't underestimate the potential of reason (I dont have fruity loops so I cant say anything about that).
A skilled producer can use any audio environment to complete a good song. |

| The way i learned was just buying a decent keyboard. And constantly kept playing it coming up with melodies. As far as for making beats Orion was the first sequencer that I used helped me understand how beats and percusion is created. No matter what software you have if you don't start with the basics like playing a keyboard and knowing how to make drum beats. you will be lost. |
