I was referring to the tracks Mountain King, Lullaby, The Shoemaker and the Crowsong. The rest are just ok. if not too original. |

In Norway we call Galaxee for "Pakkis trance" eller "chipper trance" cuz only those ungly muthas like them...
All their tracks are based on old Norwegian songs...
Like Crowsong is an old Norwegian folk song from hardanger, which is originally called "Kråkevisa" and is about a big crow that a guy kills

You're quite a joker, aren't you fella? I just like Galaxee's sound, and yes they are quite cheesy with most of their tracks, but hell I love 'em! It's like the Scooter syndrome, they are the cheesiest freaks the world ever has seen, but hell I love 'em too!
Most 'original' trance is the most boring e I've ever heard. Like the DJ Tiesto track 'Lethal Industry'. I say it's noncheesy, but it sucks multum (imo) and since I really value bass and drums just as much as synths and riffs, so Galaxee is a good option for the one who likes a steady beat and a pretty neat bassline.
BTW, I like Galaxee, so I'm retarded?:whip:
Just kidding, me scandinavian fellow. We all have different tastes. BTW, DJ Alligator is some quite piece of Gorgonzola. If you thought Galaxee was cheese, go smell that guy. |

Yes very cheesy, but a totally different genre. Most ppl. don't know what Trance is. They either think it's a new icecream flavour or it's a drugdealers code. Trance music is something that should be the least cheesy (In general)
Now, when you mention Las Ketchup, of course, it's cheese because it's pop! And ppl, most ppl actually dig it.
I admire trance artists, because they are the most original artists the world has seen, but unfortunately, the world doesn't seem to care about pure talent. Instead, they go for e like Alligator, Rocco, Sammy, Ian, Lasgo (The list goes on....)
But mostly it's just a matter of taste, in some cases it's just pure hype. |
