The Dag .... (For Krinker especially)

Hey TAs.
I was on a ski trip last week, and on the wednesday, they brought us to Montreal at night so we could party until three in the morning.
The only place I knew of was The Dagobert, and my night turned out to be ing amazing.
I got in that place, on the first floor, there was a band playing, with confortable seats everywhere and some people watching. This was @ like 10:30 pm.
Then I went upstairs, and the Dj was playing hiphop, meh, I could deal with that for a night.
So since it was so early, I started drinking of course, but by 11:30, the place was packed ON A WEDNESDAY NIGHT, I couldn't believe it. And the dj started spining techno, I requested some trance but that never happened.
The guy would mix 4 hiphop songs, then 10 techno songs, and everyone was dancing, it was just amazing.
On top of that, OOOMMMMMGGGGG, the lightning system and the sound system ing rulez. The place has everything from spots, to lasers, to those lights that make figures, and every set of light changes after every song. The laser sure made me happy.
The place had like 24 speakers, and the sound was just sick. The techno beats were super loud, but it was perfect. So perfect that I had a headache by the end of the night lol !:p
So, yeah, this is just the review of an unknown night at the dag, when there was lots of peepz, and I sure had fun.
Hope this encourages some people to go when they're in Quebec.

The Dag has one of the best if not the best sound system / lightning system I've ever seen... if you get the chance, try to hit the Dag on thursday cuz it's the techno night and its RIDICULOUSLY cheap (I'll pay 8$ to see Tall Paul next thursday! ;))

La discothèque Chez Dagobert (LE DAG) situé sur la Grande Allée à Québec est reconnue à travers le Canada et même les États-Unis pour son ambiance unique. Plusieurs pensent qu'elle possède un des plus beau système d'éclairage en Amérique du nord et ils le considèrent comme une référence. Il fût fabriqué et installé dans les années 80 et depuis les propriétaires ont su le maintenir à jour en y ajoutant sans cesse les nouvelles technologies. Aujourd'hui, il demeure encore très innovateur et original.
Caractéristiques
- 8 Structures triangulaires "PROJEC".
- 10 Structures rectangulaires "PROJEC".
- 200 Pars 64.
- 44 Moteurs à chaînes "CM" contrôlés par ordinateur .
- 20 Pantographes "PROJEC".
Spécifications
- Structures triangulaires: Elles sont fabriquées en aluminium et suspendues à 3 moteurs qui les orientent dans n'importe quel angle et à la hauteur désirée. Elles contiennent 25 pars chacune.
- Structures rectangulaires: Elles sont fabriquées en aluminium et suspendues à 2 moteurs qui permettent de les placer à la hauteur désirée. Elles supportent chacune entre 3 et 4 Vary-Beams.

Hey u guys ... u should try to make it for Beb pré-party ... it's on a thursday night and it's open from 10 pm to 8 am ..... it's ALWAYS a in nice nite !!
