the only thing i lift these days is beer glasses, and the covers off my turntables.

i'm 140lbs, and i would be surprised if i could bench my own weight.

i'm 5'9" 160 lbs...and i finish my flat bench with 205 8-10 reps

im 5'10', 160, when i worked out like two years ago, i never really maxed out, but i used to do 185 ten reps to finish the workout. I was doing closer grip too, where it works the triceps more.

benching on a incline is too easy for me. i've never tried to go past 250lbs. with benching but i ususally do 5 sets of 5 or 2 sets of 10 with that. i myself weigh about 260lbs and in order to do a pullup you have to be able to lift your body up and i can do about 15 pullups so i know i can bench over 250. And yes i know i sound like a fat bastard saying i weigh 260 but its the truth and people tell me i look like 150-180.

I'm 168 cm/60 kg, and the most I've lifted is 67,5 kg. That's a while ago, haven't really lifted in a few months..

LMAO!!!:haha: ....i'm 210 and i would be suprised if i could bench my own weight. but i'll weigh about 195 in about 2 months time (streneous cardio workouts;)) maybe then i can come close to doing my weight once:conf: :conf:

hey man i've been meaning to get my ass down to the IMA to go work out/lift for some time now...itd be cool if you were interested in going, we could spot each other:toothless.

btw, the IMA is packed with HOTT in shape girls so if like me you're into girls, theres and extra incentive to go:D

btw, the IMA facilities fee is included in your tuition every quarter, no matter if you work out there or not....
