my 96 jetta showed something like 115mph on the speedometer
my dad's 328i was limited to 192 (km/h), so i did that
and I have no clue what the max is on my mom's CLK 230 kompressor.. |

Tropical Climate: 190km/h on a 3.0 Mitsubishi
Vancouver: 250km/h in a 60 zone in a 93 Mazda RX7 Twin Turbo
Toronto: 250km/h in a 92 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo
Presently: No longer speeding...lol
Be like Lance and buy a space ticket, you'll be wishing you were on Earth as the speed and heat you're going to face while coming back down, you'll probably run out of adrenaline to pump...

wrong, Porsche's are not limited, only Benz/ Audi/ BMW are.

i took one of the trucks from work to 150km/h once.... then the engine cuts out. it was an old ford F150...
then the next week, my boss gave me a new truck, a chevrolet cheyenne 2500, hehehe.... i took it to 160 km/h. damn thing won't go any faster, hahaha... but then again, i was carrying 1000L of chemicals in the back, so its not too shabby... it was a fun ride, =P. |

I'm pretty sure Porshces in the US are limited. Maybe not the high end stuff like the Gambahella(sp?), but the normal production models. I know mine had something life in it, it jsut wasnt breaking that 155 mark. |

I've got a 93 Grand Prix. Fastest I've been in it is about 110 and still had more pedal to push with 3 friends too.
When I was in Germany my host Dad went around 190 km/h in thier car. I guess thats around 118 mph. |

I'm not sure about GT3 because it is soooo expensive and it's rare. However I'm pretty sure it's limited to 155 mph when it comes to the states. if you could go more than 300+ km/h then you would easily run away from the cops, maybe thats why it's limited to 155 mph? I'm not sure but honestly, how often do you see a GT3 on a street? I bet you GT3 is even rare than Nissan skyline. how much is GT3 again? 150,000 USD???

that's the fastest it would go. all stock. and it was kinda shaking. and it was sort of scary since its NOT a race car of any sort. but it sure was an adrenaline rush. no need to go any faster than 90 imo, dont want to risk my life too much,
after all, who is there besides myself and starfOx to womenize the women,...if something bad happens to me?? (lets hope not:)).....

yeh. i totalled the golf. I did 105 in my 94 Jetta once...on a straightaway but slowed down didnt want to chance it with the cops:D
