a million 2003/2004 remakes = running out of ideas :p
yes digital blonde remixed point zero, its in the j00f ireland set. not too bad, but doesnt have the sample from the original 'they're so spaced out!' which i like, and so its not as good. imo :p
something about it, but i guess thats with all the new remakes. it can be a good track, but its still a remake of an old classic so you are always thinking and comparing with the old one. |

I don't necessary think remaking classics in this case is running out of ideas...he told me when he was in Sydney and he has said it many interviews that the MAIN reason he is remaking these classics is because not many people knew "Lost Tribe" and "Li Kwan" was him...and that was proven when people thought Li Kwan wasn't Matt a while ago...
Also he is remaking "Lost Tribe - Angel" and "Lost Tribe - Under The Red Sea" for the main reason that they weren't as well known as "Gamemaster", but i don't know why, When i listen to these 2 unknown classics it just bugs you that they weren't as recognized even with their sheer beauty, well now i think they will be with the remakes...so remakes are probably not a bad idea for Darey afterall :)
I for one did not like the remake of Gamemaster, it just didn't sound right. Luckily his apprentice Michael saved it :)
some remakes are crap, some are good...the Li Kwan one is brilliant IMO. |

I am still loving Satellite. I still can't get over the original and now I also completely adore the markus schultz mix.
Andy Hunter - Go (Antillas Mix)
hmm i find this a bit boring. Its good but nothing special.
Solar Factor - fashion Slam
A little boring as well. Bit disapointing after urban shakedown and especially no return. Quite techy.
Re:locate - Waterfall
Great tune. A lot of power in this one.
LNG - Inter City
I ordered this and star for me the other day. Its a fantastic builder that still pumps. Really really good tune. Havent heard the lange mix as yet.
Mind One - Star For Me
Not the most intelligent or innovative trak but it is still a killer.
St John v Locust - Mind Circles
Very ASOTty. Nice tune and very melodic.
Benny Benassi - Love Is Gonna Save Us
I can't believe it after satisfaction but i love this. It's still got that signature sound but its dark and a little haunting. |

Filo & Peri pres Whirlpool - Under The Sun (Original Mix) - Really amazing tune, the bassline has a rolling and energetic feel to it and slots in perfect with my style.... its in my playlist for awhile i think. 8.5/10
Riley & Durrant - Candesco (Original Mix) - Very nice trancer with a bassline that does something to me. not so energetic but still a great track i would drop at the beggining of a set.. awsome 7/10
Nu Nrg - Le Mirage - Just out as a B side to Connective, this track i kinda missed while being caught up with connective. very mellow but still driving as with the nu nrg style bassline. a must get. 7/10
Fictivision vs Phynn - Escape (Phynn Mix) a Great track with a very emotive melody,a great peaktime track i think.... hands in the air stuff 6.5/10
Solar Factor - Fashion Slam - In my opinion i think this ais a poor follow up track. doesnt do much for me but make me want to mix out of it quickly, doesnt sound like MIKE has progressed from the last solar factor tracks. a measly 3/10
Carlo Resoort - Musica - Very dark peaktime trance, its definetly a floor filler for the harder generation. not much more though. its hard and driving, id give it a few plays 4/10
G&M Project - Sunday Afternoon (Original Mix) -About a month old or so, amazing driving track, very energetic with great dynamics. i absolutley love this track 7/10
Enjoy!:) |

loved this for a while now.......i've got a couple of very nice vids of tiesto playin it at his cbr gig :) it beats the crap outta Satisfaction....i liked Satisfaction the first time i heard it, then for some reason it just sounded awful to me after that......and that hideous beer ad with the tongue put the final nail in the coffin.....most...disgusting...ad....ever.....
Whirlpool - Under The Sun (Markus Schulz Reconstruction) is still my fave atm.........and cam, it DOES beat the original :p Original is great, but just feels like there's sumthin missin in it - it's not quite deep enuff.....Markus gives it the depth it needs :) |
