| I have seen Tiesto and he is very good but PvD is GoD. Anyone who has experienced the PvD magic at Twilo can tell you that it is unrivaled. The journey is pure heaven. PvD's sets are so f**kin energetic, emotional, yet he has also been spinning some hard, bangin tracks like "Our Manifest", "Perspectives", "Blood is Pumpin". You will be dancin your ass off and all of a sudden he will have you emotionally in tears, begging for more. Tiesto needs to diversify a little more and sometimes his sets get monotonous. I still give him second though. |

hard banging tracks?? and then you mention Blood is Pumpin?!?! My God, that track SUCKS big time!!! It is sooooo cheeeeezy, I couldn't believe that someone would even dare to use that sample from New Order after Warp Brothers, Public Domain etc, etc. Sorry but you say PvD is God??? Mmmm... I wouldn't call any dj "God" who plays a track like blood is pumpin!! :r |

Relax...its 1 record. Christopher Lawrence played it at the Winter Music Conference in Miami this year. 1 cheesy track is acceptable...a cheesy set a la Judge Jules is not.
Tiesto needs to play some other genres beside epic trance. Don't get me wrong I love it but he shouldn't limit himself. The point I'm gettin at is...u know neva know what ur gonna hear from PVD. His past 2 sets are Twilo were PHENOMENAL! |

| hehe...ya dat mix of PVD in Berlin is sick..i have da mix @ Twilo and i think its 1 of da best 2 me...amazing mix..Tiesto and PVD r really loud this year...so its hard 2 say..at times i think dat PVD is better with his track selection...but dats sometimes...PVD has always more energetic trance..just like @ Homelands festival..dat mix is so full of like hardcore trance..Tiesto trance is more like chilin at times...but i luv da both of them..2 bad they dont visit dat much Toronto :( |

TG, are you definitely gonna go down to Miami? I think Gaf (a.k.a Raven) is pretty much a definite. I am so jealous. If I did not have to be in Toronto the next morning I would be there in a heartbeat. I wish it was Feb so then I could see Him at Guvernment. BTW, what time did you end up leaving Leopard lounge? It was really packed--good time.
P.S. TG, just curious if you or anyone else has any of PvD's sets from 2001? I only have this latest Mayday set. The sets I have before that are Giant, Innercity, Casino, Dorian Gray etc...all from 2000. |
