| I like a few of the albums you mentioned in your list,,, although I never really cared for east coast that much with a few exceptions. 2Pac was the best rapper ever IMO,,, one can only imagine the level he'd be on today if he were still alive. I think that that rap music started to go downhill after his death,,, although there were still a few decents releaes. Everything after 1998 sucks IMO. I used to be able to relate to the lyrics/content of west coast rap back in the day about 20 sacs of weed and 40 OZ. of Old E,,, ahah those were the days. Now everything is platinum,,, cristal,,, bentleys,,, millions of dollars... how the am I supposed to relate to that. Seriously,,, these rappers nowadays are pathetic. Take a away thier platinum,,, rolexes,,, bentley's and cristal and they're just ing nerds. There was once a chance when I would have never listened to 'RAVE] music/ Thank God I found the passion and love I have for trance,,, it has truly changed my life for the better. |

| 1992-1995 was definately when the best hip hop came out. Brings back so many great memories. I would add Bone thugs n Harmony's album which came out in 95(the name escapes me right now)to the list. Wu Tang's second album was tyte, but that didn't come out till 97. |

It's still electronic music - the fact that there's someone rapping doesn't change it.
This is a forum about electronic music, so you could probably find people who like hip-hop... just look at all posts above mine (except for yours). They like trance and hip-hop :) |
