actually... I don't really like tranceport.
for remembering trance the way it used to be... I like Paul van Dyk - Live in Vancouver (although I've heard this was actually recorded at twilo)

yea that's a sweet livemix .. and hrmz.. can anyone confirm on the location .. ? i do have the filename showing Vancouver, but i don't have a date for it ? |

(it's under a million copies if you must know)
Personally I've always liked his essential mixes the best. Havannah and Shanghai ing own. |

YES! This is exactly what I always say to my quasi-Trance friends not sure what to get or listen to, they all know who Oakenfold is and I tell them DON'T listen to his production material, it's nowhere near as good as his live mixes.
Personally I like @space the best, but Shanghai was a solid set for sure, right from the start. |

Creamfields 1999 - Paul Oakenfold
Essential Mix Liverpool - Paul Oakenfold
Live @ Space - Paul Oakenvold
These are probably the best trances sets of all time.
The glory days of 1999.. ;) I'm so glad I saw Paul O. live in 1998, 2000... His sets are still amazing, but nothing like 1998, 1999.
