Picotto is not liked by many in the techno scene including by other djs. Havent herd of one techno dj palying his productions. None of them give him respect, because he just switched form cheese trance into techno and try to be like the leader of techno.
But i give him much respect for the way he markets himself and got popular. He showed me the world of techno and for that i have respect for him.
Dj wise he isnt the best, production wise he isnt the best |

Thats a fair point, but this guy was travelling down to gatecrasher for his 6 hour sets each time. The problem with british people is they are always hoping somebody messes up sometime or another instead of just being happy for someone who is doing well. If you don't like don't listen. |

yeh most people in this country have became complete twats. it used to be a case everyone liked a lot of stuff, nowadays people only like one and say everythign else is . |

forgot to add that I've seen him twice, and been bored twice....
altho he did play Athos - Oh My God just after PvD had bored me to death for 3 hours, so he gets credit for that  |

| I think what the don is trying to say is that dark room is not the name for that tune, it hasn't got a name. I'm not sure tho' he's a complicated man that don. Anyway it's still not a rip off of gatex cos' it's a hundred times better, even you must admit that. |

Mauro picotto is the best techno dj and producer on earth so dont be a DICK Trying to say about him... when dj'S are not The usual producers and dj's. when you cant understand how original they are, you have no other chance than talk about them,

Mauro Picotto - Baguette is one of my favorite tunes......but to be honest the only Picotto production i like...
I will always like Picotto because he opened the doors to techno for me, but now i like Chris Liebing, Fabio MC and Adam beyer alot more. |
