Good night, bit different and i didnt like the camo theme, everyone looked the same and it was hard to spot people out.

Was rammed, too full and it got too hot i never went in the main area.

Got in at about 11 got in for hardwick which was pretty good. Teisto was alright played some good tunes i thought he was better than he was boxing day. Frank trax was good and halliwell was the best imo.
Batteries in me camera died so i only got a few pics. Will get them uploaded along with the gods ones tonight.

ps mike if u find out that name of that tune let us know :)
jonsimmonds
it was on hallam fm from 12-2 and it did sound like tiesto was playing ok! hopefully someone with a decent conection will have recorded the stream
DJ Mikey Mike
Oh dear... Eddie Halliwell was rather mint! :eyes: Really havnt enjoyed a set as much as his in a long time. Hard as feck, and some unbelievable mixing. Like the switching in and out of Gorella and that other oldie. Insane! There were quite a few tunes he played that i hav never heard before. if anyone no's any tracks he played pls list em! :)

Very impressed with Frank Trax as well :D Didnt no what to expect, but i liked what i heard :) Tiesto was pretty i thought. First hour his mixing was ok, but then he seemed to lose interest, and his mixing was just e. Played some good tunes tho, including Cosmic Gate Remix of Urban Train :D Set didnt flow properly tho. Poorly structured And i thought Hardwicks warmup was great to.

I thought the lineup on paper looked , but i was proven wrong. Great nite out :)
Bortsta
Yeah Eddie Halliwell was pretty amazing last night at Slinky though he turned up an hour late :whip: -scratching with his elbow and other mixing tricks and i was pretty impressed by Woody van Eyden who did a fair amount of scratching with his forehead
Dumonde Trancer

Kinuvan
I agree with Mikey.... great night out considering i wasn't really looking forward to it at all.

Shame about the lack of GC brd lackeys..
dstrukt
Matt Hardwick played an excellent set... I thought Tiesto was good, And it was a bonus to get let the shine in thrown into the set but was hoping for a bit more.

Ferry Corsten should be banging next month..:)

EDDIE, EDDIE, EDDIE!!!!

ONE MOREEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

Congrats to mr Halliwell as one of the best finishes to a night i've ever ing heard.

Banging as , me, al, andy, jackie n the lark we're proper giving it some. as for his scratching, it was pretty amazing.

there were a few moments where things would sound out of place but you just forget those because the tunes he was banging out were so fantastic. his mixing control was excellent, using the mixer adequateley, unlike frank traxx who took the "volume slightly down, slap it up for a build up" trick a bit over the top.

Eddie Halliwell is a dj for his crowd, not for the status or money.

didn't think too much to tiesto, was a bit bored throughout the beginning of the night, but i did have stomach ache for about half an hour :(

nice to meet you kinuvan :stongue:
