I agree. Darkrave was a very refreshing change.
Morpheius is one of my best friends. If you were at entrance 2.0 I must have seen you for sure. Be sure to say hi at guv this saturday :D

Thanks :D But I wasn't intentionally trying to hype them up. I was just very happy about the good time I had when I thought I was in for a big disappointment. And if any Darkrave organizers wanna give me guestlist that would be awesome... hehehe... :toocool: |

| Hi everyone. Your review of DarkRave was right on. It's so funny that guys from the regular clubs scene got such a kick out of my favorite club and residents. You're right when you said that DarkRave goers are friendly and easy to approach. I stopped going to regular clubs a few years ago for that very reason. I just like to go to a club where there are no rules, no purse check, no body check, no attitude, excellent psytrance without the meat-market feel. I did notice a higher than usual pretty boy ratio:) and a higher than usual goth population - it's all good though don't get me wrong. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip...come again soon |

| Liam when the summer comes we have to hit more of these parties up. They were lots of fun when I went to a goth club or two back a few years ago. That's when I heard of Apoptygma Berzerk. ;) Btw, welcome to TA Sweetie.:) |

hey i try my best to make it to zen every thursday (altough ive been there only once) the stellar alliance loves that kinda music and that kinda price for drinks.....

I haven't been to Zen yet. Thursdays a little tough because I have to use me brain bigtime at work on friday so it's a little too harsh and when I go out, I go all out...
I went to Guv a few months ago and I found the other girlies so mean! And the security - Oh my God, I almost got confrontational (must be the goth in me). I guess it's just a different vibe but when I go out I fully expect to meet and greet and make some new connections. I went to System for analogue but the security!!!! I hate having to hide my weed and pharmas:tongue2 |

I thought Goth clubs were more about industrial/metal music. A good friend at my workplace keeps telling me he'll take me to these goth parties he frequents. Even though he listens to Goa + these older German artists and produces music himself, he has never been to a pure trance party.
I tried to get him out for the Tiesto@Guv party cuz he used to listen to Tiesto a while back but he just passed cuz he knew it wasn’t his type of crowd.
p.s: anyone interested in tattoo designs? let me know. my friend at work is a wicked tattoo artist. He has tattoos all over him which he designed himself. I feel sorry for him cuz even though he is a really nice/down to earth guy, girls at work just turn him down because he has so much tattoos :D |
