| actually being uncut like myself is better for sensitivity as the head of the penis isnt constantly rubbing against something. orbax is right as to why it's done. that and old world hygene. nowadays a lot of doctors are refusing to do the procedure as it causes un-necessary trauma to the baby. |

Well, 'part of your cock' isn't really the procedure, it's just a flap of skin.

Such as??? You give no examples. I'm one of the people on here (I'm sure there are others on this board) who wonder exactly WHAT do you mean and what countries are involved.
