Hello Baltimore/D.C. TA's!

Hey guys! My name's Mikey and I just moved to Baltimore from Michigan/NYC - (long story). Anyway, I was just curious if any local TA'S ever got together at clubs around the area. I'm dying to meet some people with the same interest as myself - i.e. TRANCE! I'm actually a first year 1st grade teacher and school isn't the place to meet anyone like that!
Anyway, I was just curious and if anything, wanted to give a shout out to all you Baltimore/D.C. TA's and introduce myself! I'm glad to be a part of the local boards...Take care everyone!

Hey Mikey, welcome to Maryland =)
We do usually go to events and such. I have only been to GLOW(DC) and Trust(Baltimore), but I can tell you both are sick clubs. Most TA around this area I think go to GLOW cuz its one of the only good clubs aroudn DC worth going to.
Anyway, read around the boards more and you should figure some stuff out.

| hello mikey! i'm erin (mmm...erin) :) and i am also from the baltimore/dc area. we have a good amount of dc ta's, and prolly the main place we always go to is glow: where armin, ferry, tiesto and pvd have all spun- and armin and ferry have residences there. i know a lot of ta's are goin to the sonar lounge in baltimore this thursday to see deep dish, and also solar stone is coming to home, a club in dc, this thursday too. still deciding, but i think i'll hit up deep dish. definitely go to glow for james holden and christopher lawrence on march 29th! hopefully we can meet up some day, i love chattin with any ta! :D |

Hey Mike! Welcome! If you are not doing anything on 15th of march. Stop by amits house for our TA meet up Spring Edition. I will tried to be there. Ask Amit for all the directions. His screen name is AMIT614 on AIM. TA meet up is where our locals get together for a DJ spining marathon. See you there :crazy:

Hey what's up guys! It's sweet of you guys to reply - I haven't been around the local boards much but I will. Oh and Erin, I had no idea deep dish was coming to town - It's a thursday and if i'm done lesson planning (arrrghh!) I'm definately heading over. You have any idea what time he's coming on?
I've actually been to Trust once and it was great! I saw Humpty Vission there...But I keep hearing sweet things about GLOW. I know they have a sweet line up coming up this next month so I'm sure to be there when I can AND HOPEFULLY we'll get to meet you guys sometime....
Anyway I'm in the middle of my "planning period" hehe...so I'm otu for now...

wasnt sure if amit was still doing that cuz i havent seen any post on it but hopefully he will!let me know amit!ill bring lots of goodies!

oooooohhh i'm def. there....- i'll pm him and introduce myself since i don't know him - it will be hella tight to meet some of you guys... well i'm done playing teacher for the day and heading home (i love having a computer with internet access in class! hehe)

So I'm finally back! I changed my e-mail address under options and found out the hard way that it takes about two days to be allowed to post on the forums! I was getting a little bit pissed! hehe def. signs of an addict
