Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich has gone even further (as is his wont), labeling the Zionists “the most effective general interest group … across the entire planet.” (Gingrich added ominously that if the Zionist lobby “did not exist, we would have to invent” it.) House Minority Leader Dick Gephardt is quoted saying that if it weren’t for the Zionist lobby “fighting on a daily basis,” the close relationship between America and Israel “would not be.” Sen. John McCain has said that this lobby “has long played an instrumental and absolutely vital role” in protecting the interests of Israel with the U.S. government. There is a string of quotes from leading Israeli politicians making the same point." |

This is relevant to current events. Last week United States Representative James Moran of the House of Representative made a comment that the Israel Lobby should try to use its influence to stop the war. Later this week he was forced was forced out of his party leadership post.

And you must recognize that there is absolutely no reason for the Jewish community and all its influence to want to stop this war from occurring. What has Saddam done for/to us... thought so!:rolleyes:
This man sympathizes with those who perpetuate crimes against humanity such as those carried out by the terror groups Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, and Arafat's own Al-Aqsa martyrs’ brigade.
You’re telling us that we should try and avert murdering this mothering cocksucking piece of dirty , and his crew of terror?
You must be pretty messed up to think that Americas Jewish lobby would push to stop the war.
We want this dirt bag killed. End of story!
And when time comes for other leaders who despise Jews, don’t expect them to be so eager to try and stop they're dictatorships from being toppled.
The Jewish lobby of America is very powerful. If you check its track record of what issues and policies they push for, you'll almost always find that it’s a good cause.
America is lucky the Arab/Muslim lobby isn't so strong; we'd probably find Jews banished from the land and Christians enslaved!
