*sigh*

More prejudiced moaning cos the "underground" artists get involved with commercial artists.FFS people! At least wait until you've heard the damn tracks before you start to bitch and moan.Rui Da Silva remixed J-Lo,he didn't go downhill after that as far as I know.Bill Hamel and Dirty Vegas remixed Justin Timberlake,I haven't seen any of them "sell out" lately.Above & Beyond remixed a soul artist that has entered the Billboard with a single(Vivian Green), I haven't seen their productions turning into commercialized crap etc. etc. etc. At least wait until you've heard the tracks first! It might actually sound good you know!Like when John Creamer & Stephane K remixed Jason Downs - Cherokee (originally a country artist, just listen to those lyrics),and lots of the cases that I mentioned above.

Jeez...

Sander has also remixed a Justin Timberlake track, but he never questions Justin's credibility as a talented musician. He himself admitted that the J-Lo remix was a step towards the commercial end of things.

I was very impressed with Habersham & Numinous' Remix of Justin Timberlake, as well as Hamel's. I just don't find a Jennifer Lopez track to fit well in progressive house style, but I guess we'll have to see.

Sasha remixed Madonna. And did he go downhill?
Deep Dish remixed Timberlake, Madonna and they haven't gone downhill. The continue to release quality stuff...

Personally I don't mind these guys working with the commercial artists, even if they do it purely for money. If they pump out a quality track, then that's all that matters.

Word! It's the result that counts. If the result is quality, then why should we give a rats ass whether the remixer did it only for the money or whether the original artist(s) is/are talented?

I want to hear this tune. I think Deep Dish makes some quality tunes.

Madonna is different, she does do commercial anymore..but i don't think she ever did...and with Madonna's popularity it doesn't really matter who remixes her songs anymore...
