I think i know exactly what you're trying to tell him...I've had an experience similar to that. I was for a long time depressed and down about everything. My life, my job, where i lived, what i had accomplished in my 23 1/2 yrs on this planet. No matter what I thought of it just wasn't good enough in my eyes. This all stems from being in a relationship where I had as sugarbean points out, someone there to tell me that what I had done was nothing to be ashamed of. Well that person is gone now but I've managed to drag my ass back to normal state of mind. When I was depressed, everything depressed me. One little bad thing would happen and it just got worse from there. But thats only becuase I allowed it. Now, my confidence level is back, I'm smiling all the time again. I now enjoy my job, my lifestyle and everything is much better for me. All i had to do was start with one thing and turn it around. I started it all by reconnecting with my friends. I started to hang out again and have a good time, next thing you know, my job was better...so on and so on. So sim, i agree 100% with sugarbean. Pick one thing in your life that makes you happy or u think needs to be improved and see it done. Go through with it and don't stop until you reach your goal. Once that goal is reached everything else will fall in place. I know you think that nothing like this can be done but you're wrong because in your mind you've already failed. Get over that, start all over and things will fall into place.

hey phaze that took a lot of courage to tell that about yourself to complete strangers! im sure all of us have been there at some point in our lives! thanks for posting and its glad to see your back on your feet again bro!
