hey guys,
i just spoke to the head promoter at exit for mixnyc fridays and we are going to do a special for you being that you love ferry (and me so much, j/k). basically, most of you are already on the United Underground reduced list, if you're not, feel free to email [email protected]. However, to help you guys save more money, i got a few comps that i can throw your way. i need to give the comps to someone who will be at the meetup and then they can figure out what to do with them at the meetup. the way i see it, if there are 15 of you, and i throw 3 comps to the group, group admission will average $20 per person assuming the other 12 use the reduced list.
make sense or does this make things difficult?
by the way, guy ornadel is also a kick ass dj, if you haven't heard him you're in for a treat. |

basically u are saying that if we have 15 people and 3 comps, the people that get teh comps, will pay $20 each, which will be evenly distributed amongst the other 12 people, so that everybody pays the same amount (being $20).
this comes from:
12*25 = 300
12*20 = 240
difference = 60 = 3 comps @ $20 :)

15 people at full price ($30) = $450 = $30 per person
15 people at reduced ($25) = $375 = $25 per person
12 people at reduced ($25) + 3 people comped ($0) = $300 = $20 per person
in other words, yes, your totally right...

ok i thought so. I like your idea, since it equalizes all of us, b/c we all get to pay the same amount.
60/12 = 5, hence each of the three comps pays 5 bucks to 4 people, eh? - all provided that we are 15 people. |

I called Fridays and let them know we're coming. I told the manager 25-30 people and he called that a small group. He said 9:45 to closing is not too busy of a time and that seating would not be a problem because the place has 4 floors. I guess we're all set :crazy:
I will call back tomorrow just so they set up a spot to direct everyone when you go inside. |

| ok i usually dont do this promo thing and im aware that alot of people (including jason) has been promo'iN this party with their guestlist but a friend of mine is comin to the meetup with presale tickets for 20 so if ur interested i'll direct you to her. otherwise i'll see you all there for some dinner eH |
