Do not refer to him as "the guy"...this is Armin van Buuren we're talking about here :p ;)
I do have to say I enjoy ASOT more than the EM though, it delivers more consistently...there's rarely an ASOT I don't enjoy and it can take months before there's an EM I want to tune in for. |

The only commercials are on the beginning/end of an hour :rolleyes:
Armin is only talking in the first hour a couple of times and at the end of the second hour. When he's talking he gives us tracktitles and some noticable information for the listeners about upcoming livesets, shows, new tracks etc.
When he's playing an exclusive track, he puts jingles in it. He is against the whole mp3-thing about new tracks. It's his right to do it this way.
Armin gives us something what he wants to do for his fans, so if you don't want to listen OK, other people do want to listen.... |

I listen to every ASOT there is. Not only are you hearing what is going to be good and what the newest stuff is... you are getting to listen to one of the best DJ's out there provide on a weekly basis

Why is it people complain when some of the best things are free?? I would be an unhappy camper if Armin decided to stop ASOT. |

By "jingle" he means a short sound clip.... eg. "You're listening to a stare of trance with Armin Van Buuren"... Not actually a jingly sound! :p |
