Yes indeed, very nice :) though u could save money by just watching The End of Evangelion movie, which contains Rebirth plus the rest of the movie ending evangelion. Death's a rehash of the tv series but in Dolby 5.1 (mmmm.... eva in 5.1) so its good for those who don't want to watch the tv series (a crime cos the series' so much better). They did a pretty good job but i thought the voice acting wasn't as good the second time around (a little bored at times, no feeling or character) plus they couldn't find some of the original voice actors (most noticeably Fuyutsuki - he's now sounding so much younger!). Some scenes were also badly redone esp the one with Rei and Shinji post battle with the diamond shaped angel (what's its name again?)... didn't have the impact of the original scene (couldn't read it the same). But, i'd recommend watching both End of Eva and D&R - Rebirth is much more dramatic in D&R than in End of Eva. Its all so good but also disturbing. For now eva still remains the best tv series around :D Its got everything!! |

That's one of my favourite scenes out of the whole series! it's such an emotional one. I broke down in tears the first time I saw that scene, hahah :p If they're going to redo it, it should be better than the original. Anyway, I thought the original dub of that scene was perfect.

hahah! that reminds me of this anime game called True Love. You play the character of a young schoolkid who is searching for 'true love'. The way he goes about this is by sleeping with as many girls as possible...including the school nurse, his teacher, a cat that turns into some kind of sex fairy, a 12 yr old kid...:nervous: it just goes on and on..
And believe me, there is plenty of big and pink hair. ;) hahah |

now that everyone i know on optus cable is capped they look for someone with uncapped broadband to burn anime for them .. so far gotten all of naruto and all of initial D downloaded.. of course i watch the too, its not bad, which is good otherwise id never get around to downloading the rest of the episodes.
as it is i end up sitting there watching the progress bar.. |

Already seen it... it's quiet strange... about some man made monster monster that escapes and swims in Tokyo bay and they catch it and fight it using these robots and this special biological substance loaded into a shell.. it's a bit slow.. but it's alright. |
