| I've never done it myself but I certainly don't see any reason why you shouldn't. If you're so insecure that you can't even go out without a group of people to back you up, I think you have a problem. |

| I once used this as an excuse to stay at home, but not that I realized that most of my friends will simply never like the music I do I go to every event I intend to, be it alone, with some guys I coordinate a meeting online, or with friends. And that included trips to different countries as well. |

Yup, you're not misdirected by "mates" and constantly go with friend A to support his flirt efforts, or going for a drink with friend B, or joining friend C in his temporary depression outside the dancefloor. Contrary to that you enjoy the music more and are also much more likely to get to know new people, including girls  |

Hell yea ... sometimes it's nice to go by yourself. You have no inhibitions or obligations. The only thing you have to worry about is the music and having a good time. I should treat myself to a selfish night of me me me again ...
Anyway nothing should stand in the way between you and a good dj. |

Stop by the UK forum mate, there's usually a few people going somewhere from in there. I'm not going to Slinky next til June 6th, but I think a few are going for Ferry. |

| I once had a few drinks with some friends who don't like electronic music and then went to some ty metal concert, and I noticed a basement nearby where some trance was played. So I went in there by myself and it was a very good experience. I probably wouldn't have done it if I haven't had a few drinks earlier, because I used to think going out by myself sucked. But it turned out to be really good. |

Ive done it, it was for the first 2 hours or so, but aslong as u meet some people, which is easy enough then you'll be alright.
You'll think "this is " and wander around at the start feeling a spare part, i did, but when u meet some people then its all good. |

| I've never done it, had the intention once though (last Qontact Queensday), but it feels unnatural to go by yourself. |
