anyway this cud really b the start of summit guys ya know...i was talkin to george about it on msn b4...initially yeh ur jst out to introduce talent and establish urselves - gettin a name in the area...if interest builds the bar wil want u bk and wiv time u can start to look into making a profit from it as the bar becomes more popular as a result of the nite...fluffys in b'ham started off in a very similar way :D :p also with so many freinds we have on here etc that we know are capable of prorducing superb tracks and remixes the note cud b a host to that - cud also promote george n doms label :D im really excited for this project and im more than certain it can go really far cos theres so much talent :D |

Calla is head of PR n i'm his assistant, i guess you'll ahve to talk to him to help out. I imagine we'll need a few people for the job. |

PR is prob the most important thing to consider, i am defo going to drop of flyers in shops in leeds, and time permitting make a trip to sheffield a week beofre and spam sheffield, near the start of the thread is some usefull advice from terminal (he runs a nite in scotland) i saw we work to his advice as he seams to be doing it right :) |

i shouldnt have any problems geting flyers in record shops in sheff/cfield.. i used to spend my life in them :)
as far as the questionaires are concerned.. i agree with sam in one way (as in yes it can be annoying when ppl come up and ask u questions hen all u wanna do is dance).. but its vitally important we get feedback on the night. so my idea is this: we fork out for a load of 2nd class stamps and envelopes (200 will do, shouldnt really come to more than a 5er) and dish out the questionaires at the end to the ppl as they leave, and ask them to fill it in and post back at their leisure. this wont have a 100% return rate, but i think it will work enough :)
edit: afterthought, wouldnt it b a good idea to put where it is in these sigs..? :p
another edit: how r the flyers coming along? we need them by june 12th at the very very latest :) |

theyre coming along fine, sadly my psp here in darlington has broke but it works at harriet sso everything is ok. just need the final details so i can complete the first draft.
