| Ok people. For the past week i have been listen to oakenfolds soundtrack for Swordfish. I give him much respect. this dude can remix and make his own tracks. People are complining about how he plays the same tracks over and over again. But this year is complety differnt. This sound track kicks ass! i am looking forward of him playing some new tracks. This sound track is amazing. Why must you guys hate on oakenfold? You guys thought he lost his magic? first of all he hasn't. Since his new cd i think he just still has his magic and now i think hes much better than before. For twilogoddes please dont make fun of oakey... you know hes the best! and for all the TA's that dont like oakey, just go out and buy this cd. and see his very own tracks. |

ive always liked oakie, but u have to admit he had a drop in form last year, but i heard he is on his way back up to the top where he belongs. cant wait to see him @ the weekend

| I agree with amit, oakenfold rulz, he is a very good producer and remixer, ive never heard him live but he's known as one of the best dj's in the world, i dont know why so many people on this site dislike him, perhaps there all afraid of voicing there real opinions and just want to go along with the crowd. oaky is good. not god, but good. :p |

| all i can say. Oakey is gonna be on top by the end of this summer. I cant wait to see him live at washington dc area. Hes here with moby and carl cox. Oakey is gonna rule. Hey watch out for his new cd live from Ibiza. I cant wait till i get my hands on them! Man its gonna be choas!!!! hahaha oakey is gonna tear up the world. I love his cds Another world and Travelling. his track selection is one of the best! He can reallly mix thats why i like about him. He is really good. And all the people that dont like him now are gonna love him by summers end! take my word for it! Get his new cd Swordfish and Ibiza (June 25th i can't wait till i get my hands on that mix) Alright TA's |

I'm not afraid to voice . Most ppl on this board like him, I'm not a follower.
Amit: It's a soundtrack for a movie, obviously its not gonna be the same outdated tunes he plays.
I've concluded that MANY ppl on this board haven't seen MANY other DJ's besides Oakie, so to them he's #1. If all u know is Oakenfold, he's gonna be god to U. |

ive heard my fair share of other dj's and oakenfold is proably one of the most talented right up there with tiesto,armin,etc...i was completely amazed when i heard oakie vs. afrika bambaataa - plant rock remix...he did such a splendid job remixing this hip hop classic. i cant recall any other dj accomplishing a feat like that...i give him much respect, obvisouly u havent heard his soundtrack for swordfish...:o :o |

| Every-1 has opinions, some people think that Oakie is the greastest some people think he's ... It doesnt really matter, as long as you think he's strait then who cares what others think. Oakie is a crowd pleazer, there's some good points why he shouldnt be so popular in the trance scene and there is also some good points on why he should be. |

I agree with JayD...It's up do you what you think of Oakenfold. In my opinion, he rules, but then again that's my opinion. Remember though, don't let the crowd change the way you feel about music, because if you do, you'll never truly enjoy the music.
p.s. swordfish kicks ass on all levels: dramatic, cinematic, and literary. Oh yeah, the soundtrack is amazing too. |

| Paul Oakenfold in my opnion is that, don't be dissing him when he promoting electronic music from Europe. Another thing: all european DJs should head to LA and kick DJ Mystik's ass ;). |
