Many hard working Americans living on the southern border jeopardize their life by forming their own groups to stop illegal immigrants from running over the border.
I know if I had things my way, anything that got close to the border and tried to run over would be blown to bits before it touched good ol' USA soil. My judgements may sound rash, but the USA is becoming very lax, they say they are beefing up homeland security WHEN EVERDAY HUNDREDS OF ILLEGALS run over the border.
If something is not done, we are doomed.

I think you as an American, a nation which is the "land of opportunity", is what keeps the ignorance that runs rampant in society. You are the reason why immigrants have a hard time trying to begin a new life, critizing them becuase they are begininning a new language...
Guess what.... border patrol has increased and it is very difficult to get into your "lovely" country.
Remember.. these illegal immigrants keep your buildings, schools, and public washrooms clean.... cook your fast food, wash your cars and provide those late night convenient stores open for you when you need a ing slushy at 3 am... give me a ing breeak
I agree that border patrol in every country should be tightened.....but i feel that you are implying that you do not want these immigrants 'infesting' your nation.... |

As far as I know the U.S hasn't any legislated "official language" . Sure the majority speaks english but there aren't a word about language in the constitution or wherever such a thing would be stated. On of the few countries on this planet that have it that way

they are stealing jobs from hard working americans
the borders are left open because the democrats get the vote and the republicans get the work
americans are becoming push overs because we seam fat and happy so illegals come into the country and try to take advantage of us, i go down to miami some times and you can only know spanish and not english, that is EXTREMELY bad, i would like the USA to go down there with the military and enforce english, if you can't speak english you will be jailed until your deporting date. |

And how is this any different from immigration during the late 1800s and early 1900s? New immigrants "stole" jobs because they were willing to work for anything since they came from poverty-stricken or corrupted nations. How is that any different than a Mexican who wants to start a new life in America? |

haha i get this everywhere i go on the net, then again i rarely display my ideas on the net - the environment here is better though
anyway back on track, those mexicans that come here DO NOT assimilate our values, they are laid back and relaxed and there is even a name for the mexicans getting souther california and texas etc. back - they do it peacefully and most americans are blinded due to it, it's called population, they have about 10 kids while most americans have 2 or 3. also English our USA's official language they should be speaking it to be a citizen, like i said i go to miami and i walk into a mcdonalds and they say 'hola'... that pisses me off, i hope one day to see action taken
in less than 20 years the mexican population in souther texas, arizona, new mexico, and california will want to succeed from the nation, they will try however they will be unsuccessfull
there have been hundreds of people who have been killed by illegal mexicans coming across the border, each one makes me angry and more angry

Listen, if you were to take out all these mexicans, your nation would fall into a disastrous recession...they keep the service indusrty running.

This is a simple answer... stopping of illegals is not strongly enforced, because America needs them. Even the former governor of my state, who hates illegals, had an illegal working for him. Everyone's family at one time or another was an immigrant of the US, unless your a Native American or Mexican ... yes! Mexican. The south west was once part of Mexico. There are plenty of jobs out there, people just don't want them. This is where illegals step in and do them, so please save your “MEXICANS ARE TAKING OUR JOBS!” comments. The minimum wage is set by the government and not lowered by illegals. Bush could of pushed an increase of the minimum wage, instead of giving the largest tax break to the richest people. I'm sure Bill Gates doesn't need those extra 38? million he got back. As for English as the official language? LOL please try to be open minded, but then again I'm not surprised, seeing how 85% of Americans don't even have a passport!
Also, question for sp0k4ne. Are you in favor of this Iraqi war? Pat Buchanan isn't. |
