RetroAddict Confession Thread

E*Master
now, the only way we can admit to being a RetroAddict or casual listener of retro music is to confes it with dignity. So here goes. STOP THE DENIAL! THERE IS NO SHAME IN ADMITING U LIKE/LOVE Retro. So here I go:

My Name is E*Master and I have been a RetroAddict since I was 7 years old.

I can't stop listening to 80s. Especially early 80s. I am only 23 yet I Immensly enjoy the sounds @ Joker on some Saturday nights where I let go and dance to the 80s. Favourite tacks include a lot of Depeche mode (people are people :D:D:D), Falco and A-ha's take on me is to Die for. I go the most nuts when they play Major Tom (english version only here in Canada but i like the German version better) by Peter Schilling. I got the records to prove it :D.

I never used to be into Retro until my roomate introduced me to the Phoenix (which is in my backyard.....really) on a Friday night. What a great time. I love to dance to retro because you can just go all crazy. Maybe we should get organize a night where we can all go. Any comments??

I'll have to check it out. Thats another good thing about the phoenix on a friday is that beers on only $2.50 until 12, and it's in my backyard (very important)

:haha: Funny you should mention this, E*Master. I was listening to Joker's live-to-air retro night last night. (I think it was last night, lol.) Anyway, point being, I love those choons! So many classic ones were being played. Now I've got 'The Safety Dance' stuck in my head... :D

"We can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind, 'cause your friends don't dance, and if they don't dance, well they're no friends of mine..." :tongue2
