The US is wealthy enough to educate everyone and take care of everyone. That's what makes the situation so bad, there is no excuse.
There will always be pillocks EVERYWHERE but come on!.
BTW... Knowing how to use a ing computer or a mixing desk doesn't make anyone more or less civilized. I'm no Red-neck by ANY means and I can't drive a car (buy choice). I'm sure that most red-necks can pull a car to bits and reassemble it with a great deal of skill.
In summary, Intelligence is different to being educated.
Once again, I didn't mean any offence to any individuals. Maybe I'm having a bad day.

i know what you mean , i blame the parents , yesterday i was in pizza hut , chewing on a 16" big New yorker , when this little kid like aged 4-5, went to pick up a ballon , all i here is this woman say ' GET THE HERE ! DEAD LOUD , IM GONNA BEAT THE LIVING DAY LIGHTS OUTTA YA, I SWEAR " she like almost ripped this kids arm out and dragged the poor kid out the door. stupid bitch i hate ppl like that . !

nah... the government would rather spend its money on some bigger and better bomb that we can use to invade other countries. i guess that alone would classify the gov. as a group of angry rednecks |

you're being stupid, most of the money goes to medicare. the percentage of money the U.S. spends on their military is very average.
And it has NOTHING to do with the government, its people who live in small towns. the government doesnt matter beans to their lives. the government pumps money into small town schools, with progams like Robin Hood, but they waste it because they're a bunch of dumbasses.
Just pumping money into schools does NOTHING. In fact, its a big waste of money when more and more money is being given to a school that doesn't get any better.

Yes, it seems that Pizza Hut is a white trash breeding ground. I'd rather have it delivered...
My girlfriend lives in this really trashy town (she's originally from France, so it drives her nuts) and they were shirts that say stuff like "Darwin lied" and things. At her high school someone came out of the closet and they egged his house and keyed his car. People have crobar fights while on steroids at parties.

lol david. The Robin Hood Program had good intent. I don't agree with the program, but i understand what they were trying to do. Better money for better equipment and teachers, right? i dont get how they thought they would get better teachers, if everyone in the crap school vicinity is inbred mutants anyway. oh well. lol @ ur sig dav. im a funny guy ;)
