If American shoes are cheaper, it's because they are made in sweat shops in developing countries like Vietnam and the Philippines etc. where people do over 70 hour weeks for something like $20.:rolleyes:

Have you seen what kind of cars they drive in Europe?!
How TINY they are? Have you seen their small miniature little roads and towns, where everything is so cluttered you can't breathe?
Have you counted how many high-tech companies they have in Europe, compared to North America?
Euro-pee-ans have great traditions and a great history; unfortunately they're in denial about the current reality that they can't live in the past if they wanna be competitive in the world. Yet they still imagine themselves as something they're not. Especially France. |

i don't think the crowded living space gives them a lower quality of life...that is really just a result of the culture...i mean people have been living in europe forever. besides, it think that its obvious that americans place a greater value on certain things i.e. space... |

Riigghhhtt cuz we base all our operations out of sweat shops :rolleyes:. Besides, if people cared about corporations basing their operations in third world countries, they wouldn't be buying their products. But everybody bows down to the institution of money. So if you don't like it be an entrepreneur. You seem to be pretty sure you can do better. Put together a good business proposal and see how many investors you can get for funding. Let's see if the market for your "goods" exists.
