Am I the only one here that thinks this album was a BIG let down? IMO this album sucks!

This album is one of those albums many ppl were hoping to have of similar more trancy and chilled style as the previous 2 albums have been. I saw an interview ages ago (sometimes after the release of Behind The Sun i think, back in 2000) where Nick himself said that he wants to try something different, less dancy/trancy approach on his next album..

..so maybe this is a bit like the new BT album; if u are expecting similar sounds with the previous albums, u might wanna avoid these both. But if u wanna experience something new and fresh, give this/these a try. I like both Chicane and BT albums, will def. buy both when they come out around here.

Music is a matter of taste and tastes DO differ! Everyone can't like everything or the same tunes you DO. If u don't like something, that doesn't necessarily mean it's automatically bad. It just isn't your cup of tea.

Remember this ppl.

..you only get disappointed when you expect too much from a cd.

I agree totally with you, but there are just not enough people on these forums who can give a descent opinion about certain types/styles of music.

I have listened to the album alot now, and it just keeps getting better!!:eyespop:
