I agree with you that America is a great country....but its government is dispicable.. and more bad things out weight the good....
I also have a problem with the mind set that many americans have.. and i dont care if you call me prejudice or whatever..... but i truly beleive that many many many ameircans are disgustingly ignorant...
YOu even have a show decicated at how stupid an average american person may possibly be....its called "street smarts" and its actually sad.
Though there are many stupid canadians.... i dont beleive they are as ignorant as the American populace. |

You will not find an argument from me (an American) on that point. In recent years it seems the proportion of ignorance has gotten worse, though it may just be that I am noticing it more because things like the internet have exposed me to more of them...

Nope, I will be the first to admit that I am considerably less informed about many issues today than I was say...five years ago. I wish what you suggested were true, but I have to be honest about the situation :confused:
