who cares ?? that u just mentioned has nothing to do with his perfromance last saturday.. im sure he did his thing at space and is doing his thing at crobar.. nice little promotion there im assuming youre his gf ? im just saying there was no contiuity : flow to his set thats all.. maybe he can take this fact and spin better on his future gigs.. its good to defend but take certain things to consideration..:) |

Granted, not too many people are aware of or even know how PVD works with Edgar so I don't blame anyone for making ignorant comments. But I do believe if PVD were to read these posts he'd definitely have a field day. Thats just my two cents on the subject.

there is a misunderstanding here or a miscommunication between what u think and what i think so no need to get defensive about it. i respect edgar all his accomplishments, he is a huge name in SoBe and in the DJ world. just as a professional dj he shouldnt need to "please his crowd" i find that pleasing the crowd when ur not trying to please them is much better. thats the real u kno, not having to please them or not having to play pvd or not having to play tiesto..music in general is what touches our commmunity no matter who plays what its the music. being as diverse as u can will show what type of dj u are, whether u touch the crowd or u dont its how u deliver the music...remember cheek this is just my opinion... |

I think this thread sucks and you all should STFU and stop arguing... This is getting ridiculous... Some ppl. though Edgar stunk, some ppl. thought he shouldn't have played 3 PvD tracks in a row, and some ppl. enjoyed the set. Stop trying to tell eachother how to think. :rolleyes:

and to anyone else who is fighting- grow up. people have different opinions so if someone says edgar v sucked that night, crying about it wont do anything. i'd honestly be a little disappointed too if when i saw pete moutso or something before armin, and all he played was armins tracks. have a little respect and hold off until the man plays it himself.

| This isn't only about Edgar, it pertains to ALL DJ's. But I guess it is true what DJ's say about how hard it is to please crowds and no matter how little or how much you put into a gig people will always talk smack. And to think I wanted to believe differently. Oh well!:D |
