are you people RETARDED???? i'm beginning to think most of you in here bragging about all the STD's you've had and women you've had unprotected sex with, belong in the virgin thread cuz you know NOTHING about sex!!! clyde, i love ya babe, but you must be the dumbest man alive. you've already had 2 STD's and you wonder why!!! you've never worn a condom in your life?!?! you seem to get a lot of girls, and i know sex isnt as great with a condom on, but hell...i'd rather have a guy wear a condom once than suffer from HIV for the rest of my life. not only regarding STD's, but a girl can get pregnant ya know...and guys, this would be your problem too, not just the girls.
and orbax- THERE IS NO SAFE WAY TO HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX!! pulling out, or not using a condom are not safe ways. for the first time in my life, i agree with Mikey Mike.
people like you guys should be banned from having sex until you are fully educated on the dangers of having unprotected sex. |

| Just to play devil's advocate here: I know heaps of people who have been in long-term relationships and have switched from condoms to other forms of contraception. Because of the trust involved in these relationships, STD'a are not an issue and the methods of contraception they use are just as effective at preventing pregnancy as condoms... In this case it seems sex without a condom can be justified... |

agreed. but my point was that the people complaining in here about their STD's is stupid when they admit to sleeping around with several people. it's not like they are in a long term relationship, where you are 100% positive your partner is clean (has been tested, for example). but being promiscuous and not using protection is just the stupidest thing i've ever heard. |

They really don't know how HIV crossed the species barrier and it's not necessarily true that it came from monkeys. There are many unknowns about HIV and sadly their is a low chance of it ever being cured (or rather a cure found) with current medicinal technology. On a tangent here, it's more or less incontrevertible that the problem , ultimately is a social one and social reform is probably the only way it will ever stop spreading (i.e. never). It's a sad fact of life...
While it's probably true gay people didn't "start" aid's it is also true that the first diagnosed cases (and recognized deaths) from the disease were among homosexual men in the bay area (IIRC). I think, however, that homosexual subculture aided in the spread of the disease, especially before it was recognized.
On a side note, I'm 17, worn protection everytime I had sex, and have only had intercourse with 2 people.. My tool isn't falling off and the people I have had sex with weren't sluts... so I'd say with a degree of certainty I'm clean although I really want to get tested just to be sure, uncertainty about such issues,(even in small amounts) really freaks me out.. :toothless |
